1- Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Two Worlds Firm (“2WF.org,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website located at www.2wf.org (the “Site”), our legal services, or any resources, content, tools, or materials provided through the Site (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use our Site or Services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Two Worlds Firm. Your use of the Site or engagement with our preliminary materials does not create an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only upon the mutual execution of a formal engagement agreement.
2- Disclaimer
This website, 2wf.org, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The content, including all articles, guides, and resources, does not constitute legal advice and must not be relied upon as such. Visiting this site or contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship with Two Worlds Firm or any of its attorneys. If you need specific legal advice for your situation, please consult with a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction. Do not send us any confidential information until an attorney-client relationship has been formally established in writing.

4- No Legal Advice; No Attorney-Client Relationship
4.1 Informational Purpose Only. The Content on 2wf.org, including all Educational Resources, is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal advice and should not be construed as such. The law is complex and fact-specific. Information on this Site may not reflect the most current legal developments and is not guaranteed to be correct, complete, or up-to-date.
4.2 Relationship Requires Formal Agreement. An attorney-client relationship with Two Worlds Firm is established solely by: (a) a mutual agreement confirmed in a signed, written engagement letter; and (b) our completion of a conflicts of interest check and explicit acceptance of your matter in writing. Merely accessing 2wf.org, contacting us via email or form, downloading resources, or participating in a free Preliminary Consultation DOES NOT create this relationship.
4.3 No Confidentiality for Unsolicited Information. You should NOT send us any confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information through non-secure means (e.g., general contact forms) before an attorney-client relationship is established. Information sent without a prior written agreement may not be treated as confidential or privileged. For protection, please wait to disclose detailed facts until after we have formally agreed to represent you and established a secure method of communication.
4.4 Jurisdictional Limitations. Our attorneys are licensed to practice law in specific jurisdictions as indicated on their individual profiles. We do not seek to represent anyone based solely on a visit to 2wf.org in a jurisdiction where the Site fails to comply with all laws and ethical rules. We do not purport to be experts in the laws of jurisdictions where we are not licensed.
5- Content Authorship and Disclaimer
All legal content, analysis, articles, and guides published on 2wf.org are created by and under the editorial supervision of licensed legal attorneys at Two Worlds Firm, in conjunction with qualified legal contributors and industry professionals (“Content Contributors”). While we strive for accuracy, all content reflects general legal principles and informational guidance, not specific legal advice. The views expressed are those of the authors and contributors and do not necessarily reflect the official position of Two Worlds Firm on all nuanced legal matters.
If you submit any content to us via 2wf.org (e.g., via a contact form, for a case review, or as a public comment), you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to that content. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and analyze that content for the purpose of evaluating your potential case, providing Services, and for internal business purposes. You retain ownership of your underlying intellectual property in such submissions.
